Hey there! I’m Emilio Aldana IV, known to many as a guy who loves fitness and God. But to set the record straight: I love God, and because of that love, I cherish maintaining a healthy temple through fitness. Born and raised in Fresno, CA, I'm a proud Californian. My lifelong devotion to God was nurtured by my parents, but it was at 21, when I got re-baptized in 2020, that my relationship with Jesus truly deepened.

Since then, I've turned away from sin and the addictions that hindered my faith journey, focusing instead on things that nurture a healthy temple. This includes surrounding myself with like-minded individuals, marrying a woman of faith, fostering a genuine relationship with Jesus, and taking care of my physical body through exercise and a diet that honors God without succumbing to gluttony. Recognizing the life-changing impact of this season, my goal is to inspire similar transformations in others.
